We present two packages which are based on the concept of Facility Management Services :
Business Package
| Cleaning | Cleaning employee with 4h/daily program, excluding weekends and availability of cleaning team on request, at least 48 h before. |
| Security and Protection | Security guard working with program 12h/daily, exclusively weekend. Monitoring and intervention. |
| Maintenance | Preventive maintenance, minor repairs and maintenance areas to visit weekly and intervention request, maximum 24 hours. |
| Support Services | Organizing two corporate events and a delegation protocol within a year, delivery company, once a week, a fresh seasonal fruit basket and a box of tea bags Just T. |
Aspire Package
| Cleaning | Cleaning employee with 2h/daily program of every two days, excepting weekends availability of cleaning team on request, at least 48 h before. |
| Security and Protection | Security guard working exclusively with program 8h/zi weekend. Monitoring and intervention. |
| Maintenance | Preventive maintenance, repair and maintenance facilities to visit bimonthly and intervention request, maximum 24 hours. |
| Support Services | Organizing a corporate event in a year and bi-monthly delivery of fresh seasonal fruit basket in company |
The selling price of the package is on average 10% lower than the price paid by a company for services purchased individually from different suppliers and this is a competitive advantage BrandJo, as a contractor.
